The problem

Customers need to book an appliance repair in a few taps, and the business needs those bookings to flow into its operations without manual re-entry.

My role & responsibilities

  • Next.js booking front end.
  • Node.js and Express backend workflows for user–service interaction.
  • AWS deployment and media storage.
