  2. Product company building simulation-based soft-skills training. Architected and developed the Workverse gaming platform and the Nimaya LMS ecosystem.

    • Architected the complete backend for a simulation-based training game on Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB.
    • Built core modules: assessments, scoring engine, badge rewards, analytics tracking and automated certificate generation.
    • Implemented authentication with Firebase Auth, Google OAuth2 and Apple token verification, with strict device-level identity rules.
    • Deployed and scaled on AWS (EC2, S3, SES, SQS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, Route 53).
    • Containerised services with Docker, configured Nginx and set up CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
    • Led end-to-end development of Nimaya LMS: a React Native learner app and a multi-role Next.js admin panel for scheduling, attendance, assessments, content, certifications, compliance and real-time notifications.
